Strength & Conditioning

Build a strong foundation for sports

Designed to prepare campers for the rigors of high school athletics, there will be physical fitness testing, daily weight room and classroom instructions, and competitive physical/mental challenges. Cross-Training is an important phase of our Long Term Athletics Development (LTAD) program, giving players a strong start on their athletic journey. Strength and Conditioning runs for three weeks, meeting three afternoons per week.

Rising 5th to 8th Graders

HOURS

Afternoon Half Day: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

PREPARE FOR CAMP

  • What to wear: Athletic shoes, loose fitting sweats and/or shorts, a T-shirt and/or sweatshirt
  • What to bring: Snack, water bottle and sunscreen (camp is conducted both inside and outside)
  • Where to go: Creighton Prep Weight Room
  • Taught by: Mr. Trenton Clausen (CP Faculty)
